Return Policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from us but sometimes realities do not match expectations. We offer in-store credit or exchange on all items purchased within the last 30 days. Items must be in resellable condition. 

The Outland Supply Co will cover the cost of return shipping. Please send an email to outlandsupply@gmail.com to request a shipping label with your name and the invoice number for the purchase that includes the product to be returned. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, ready for resale. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on refunded items. Refunds are paid as in-store credit. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace items if they do not fit, are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at outlandsupply@gmail.com. 

Warranty Claims

Many of the brands we carry offer warranties on their products. Should you need to make use of these policies, please email outlandsupply@gmail.com and we will be happy to coordinate the process on your behalf.
